1. Payment Flow

Zeeno Tech Escrow offers a secure escrow-based payment solution. Users (Clients) deposit funds for services to be performed by Service Providers. Funds are held in escrow until:

  • Service is marked as completed by the Service Provider, and

  • Approved by the Client or auto-approved after agreed timeframe.

Only then are funds released to the Service Provider.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods via our payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe):

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Wallets (where supported)

All transactions are processed in INR (₹).


3. Escrow System Functionality

  • Clients fund the project/milestone through Zeeno Tech's secure escrow mechanism.

  • Funds remain locked until work is confirmed.

  • This system ensures transparency, reduces fraud, and builds trust between both parties.


4. Payment Confirmation & Invoices

  • Once payment is successfully made, users will receive an automated confirmation email along with a digital invoice.

  • Transaction details can also be accessed from the user dashboard.


5. Service Fees & Charges

Zeeno Tech may charge a small platform/service fee for using our escrow services. This will be visible during checkout or payment initiation.

Any applicable taxes (GST) will also be added and clearly mentioned in invoices.


6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a conflict arises between the Client and Service Provider:

  • A dispute may be raised from the dashboard.

  • Our support team will review and mediate.

  • Refunds, partial or full, may be issued based on dispute outcome.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may lead to account suspension.


7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds may be applicable in case of:

  • Cancelled projects

  • Non-delivery of service

  • Violation of platform rules

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy periodically. All updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
