Cancellation Policy

At Zeeno Tech Escrow, we act as a neutral platform between Service Providers and Clients. Cancellation of a service or transaction must be mutually agreed upon by both parties involved.

  • If the Client or Service Provider wishes to cancel the transaction before any work has begun, the full amount (minus payment gateway charges) will be refunded to the Client.

  • Once the service has been partially delivered, the cancellation will be subject to review by our Escrow support team.

  • Zeeno Tech reserves the right to cancel a transaction if there is a violation of our Terms of Service or in case of fraud detection.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  1. Mutual Agreement:
    If both the Service Provider and the Client agree to cancel the transaction, a refund will be initiated after deduction of applicable fees.

  2. Non-Delivery of Service:
    If the service provider fails to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe, a full or partial refund may be provided to the client, depending on the milestone completed.

  3. Dispute Resolution Outcome:
    If a dispute arises, our internal team will mediate the issue. Based on the resolution, refunds will be initiated either in full or partial.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Razorpay/Bank processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
