Cancellation Policy
At Zeeno Tech Escrow, we act as a neutral platform between Service Providers and Clients. Cancellation of a service or transaction must be mutually agreed upon by both parties involved.
If the Client or Service Provider wishes to cancel the transaction before any work has begun, the full amount (minus payment gateway charges) will be refunded to the Client.
Once the service has been partially delivered, the cancellation will be subject to review by our Escrow support team.
Zeeno Tech reserves the right to cancel a transaction if there is a violation of our Terms of Service or in case of fraud detection.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
Mutual Agreement:
If both the Service Provider and the Client agree to cancel the transaction, a refund will be initiated after deduction of applicable fees.Non-Delivery of Service:
If the service provider fails to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe, a full or partial refund may be provided to the client, depending on the milestone completed.Dispute Resolution Outcome:
If a dispute arises, our internal team will mediate the issue. Based on the resolution, refunds will be initiated either in full or partial.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Razorpay/Bank processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
