Zeeno Escrow provides an escrow-based payment solution to ensure safe transactions between:
Service Providers / Freelancers
Clients / Customers / Buyers
We hold funds temporarily and release them based on confirmation and conditions.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Not use the platform for illegal activities
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials safe
All activities performed through your account
Escrow process includes:
Buyer deposits funds
Funds remain secured in escrow
Seller delivers service/product
Buyer approves release OR dispute is raised
Funds are released or refunded as per resolution
Zeeno Escrow claims to provide the lowest escrow charges.
Fees may apply on:
Deposits
Withdrawals
Escrow transactions
Dispute handling (if applicable)
Fees are displayed before confirmation.
If dispute occurs:
Both parties may be asked to submit proof
Zeeno Escrow may act as mediator
Final decision is based on evidence and fairness
We reserve the right to make a final decision.
Withdrawals depend on:
Successful verification
Compliance checks
Minimum withdrawal amount
Withdrawal method availability
Delays may occur due to bank/payment gateway.
Users must not:
Commit fraud or scams
Use stolen payment methods
Upload illegal content
Abuse dispute system
Use platform for money laundering
Violation may result in suspension.
We may suspend accounts if:
Suspicious activity detected
False information provided
Terms are violated
Zeeno Escrow is a platform provider.
We are not responsible for:
Service quality between buyer & seller
Business losses due to user disputes
External payment gateway downtime
Refund depends on escrow agreement status and dispute result.
