Refund is applicable only under specific conditions.

Refund Cases:

Buyer cancels before service delivery (if seller agrees)

Dispute resolved in buyer’s favor

Transaction fails due to technical error

Non-Refund Cases:

Buyer confirms delivery and funds released

Buyer fails to respond within the deadline

Fraud or policy violation detected

Refund processing may take 3 to 10 working days depending on payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel escrow transaction only if:

Work/service not delivered yet

Both parties agree OR admin dispute resolution approves cancellation

Once funds released, cancellation is not possible.

Anti-Fraud Policy

Zeeno Escrow monitors suspicious activity and may:

Freeze transactions

Request identity verification

Block account permanently

Any attempt of money laundering or scam will be reported to authorities if needed.
